Tomorrow - The Hanging Rail Market

A few of my inky treasures will be on sale at tomorrow's 'The Hanging Rail' in Birmingham (more info). The lovely people from Ove-ra Monkeys have put together a real treat and I'm excited to be selling artist's prints, greetings cards and even some postcards for only a few pennies if your bank balance is looking sad...
Some amazing work will be there from artwork to fashion such as the beautifully strange 'Gemma Ossein Taxidermy & Bone Jewellery' of Hope Rosemary... Oh and there'll be awesome local bands there too, what more could you want from a Thursday afternoon?

I feel like I've neglected illustration since the end of my degree but now I'm studying to be an Art teacher I realise just how good I had it at uni! This new year I hope to spend a little more time drawing and a little less time writing essays about drawing...

Whilst searching the deep depths of my macbook and found a poster I did for Out of Step in the summer, it wasn't actually used in the end but I looking back I still quite like it...

We are very pleased to have work for sale in Wolverhampton's newest creative emporium We Create. Mine along with the work of Ben Aslett occupies a table in the window of the shop 42 Victoria Street, the rest of the shop has a selection of goodies from other West Midlands based artists from printed tees to jewellery. Ive heard there's studio space available to rent above too so make sure you get down for a little look... x
